Last year, Johan Legemaate and Rolinka Wijne evaluated the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) in collaboration with the Netherlands Institute for Health Services Research (Nivel). On the 8th of July 2021, they organised a follow-up webinar. During this webinar, the results of the evaluation were discussed.
The webinar focussed on the most important outcomes of the evaluation of the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act. Three themes were discusses: the reporting obligations, the regulation of complaints and disputes and developments in healthcare. More than 200 people participated in the webinar.
