The book 'Legal questions in the social domain' has been published on 1 July and provides scientific answers to legal issues from the social domain practice. In their contribution 'Demarcation disputes in health care: from the cupboard to the wall?' Wouter Koelewijn and Bastiaan Wallage discuss the various system laws that are part of the Dutch health system and the associated demarcation problems.

The decentralization in the social domain of 2015 has led to major changes in this important area. In recent years, much has been written and evaluated about this. This book examines issues that have been indicated in practice that should be addressed with a scientific answer. The bundle is therefore an important addition to the existing research and evaluations and bridges the gap between practice and science.
